Simmons Outdoor Track & Field
Practices are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:45pm to 5:15pm on the track. Tuesdays will be 7:30-8:10am. Throwers will lift Wednesday and Friday mornings at 7:30am.

All athletes must have all paperwork on file to practice and to compete.
The cost will be $65 per athlete. This will cover buses, equipment, and meet entry fees.
Uniform fee of $40 applies to athletes that do not have a uniform. The uniform is yours to keep. It is the same as last year's.
The spirit pack will be optional. More info on that later.
