Athletic Handbook for Student Athletes

Attention All Athletes 

If you plan to play any sport next year, read this IMMEDIATELY. There are some changes taking place with the AHSAA (Alabama High School Athletic Association). Effective this school year, each parent & athlete is required to set up an account on DragonFlyMax. You can do this on a computer (dragonflymax.com) or through an app:

When prompted, it will ask for the School Name, Simmons Middle School, and the School Code: 3HVB7X. Forms for the 2023-2024 school year will be online through this site and must be completed. NO athlete will be allowed to practice, train, or play until this has been completed. This site will contain all the forms you have completed every school year to participate. You will be asked what sport your athlete participates in at some point. PLEASE list the sport that you know they will be involved in. Should you not complete forms before the start of school, there is no guarantee that your child will be able to participate.
All physicals MUST BE ON THE CORRECT FORM, which has “Revised 2018” stamped on the top and bottom of both pages.
